Hannah Range, Apprentice Hair Stylist

One of the shining stars of our team is Hannah, our dedicated apprentice hairdresser. While she may be in the early stages of her career, her passion for hairdressing and her compassionate nature set her apart.

Hannah is always ready to lend a helping hand, whether it's assisting our stylists Jacqueline and Emma or ensuring that our clients have the perfect cup of coffee to enjoy during their visit. But her role goes beyond just hairstyling and beverage-making. What truly sets Hannah apart is her ability to connect with clients on a deeper level.

Having experienced traumatic hair loss herself, Hannah understands firsthand the emotional journey that many of our clients may be going through. She knows that sometimes, a listening ear and a shoulder to lean on can be just as important as a fabulous haircut. That's why she approaches every interaction with empathy and understanding, creating a safe space where clients feel heard and supported. 

With her finger on the pulse of social media trends, Hannah uses her creativity and digital savvy to share tips, tricks, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of life at Hair Story. From quick styling tutorials to client transformations, Hannah adds a fresh and engaging dimension to our online presence.

"Hello, I'm Hannah! I'm absolutely thrilled to be a part of the Hair Story team. Let me share a little bit about myself and why Hair Story holds such a special place in my heart. 

Back in May 2023, I was diagnosed with acute alopecia areata while on holiday, and unfortunately, I lost all of my hair. It was a challenging time for me, and it affected my confidence greatly, forcing me to leave a job and making it difficult to find a new job.

That's when I discovered Hair Story, and they made a tremendous difference in my life. They provided me with a beautiful wig from the Little Princess Trust, which boosted my confidence immensely. 

A few months later, I took a leap of faith and reached out to Jacqueline about an apprentice position at the salon. It was a big step for me because I had never been interested in hairdressing before. However, knowing that Hair Story embraced individuality and had strong values and morals, I was eager to embark on this new adventure where I could truly be myself without fear of judgment. 

Hair Story has not only transformed my appearance but also my outlook on life. I'm grateful to be a part of this incredible team and contribute to making others feel confident and beautiful."
